To ensure a seamless experience for all patients, appointments must be scheduled prior to 5:00 PM. Patients arriving more than 10 minutes late or missing a scheduled appointment may be subject to a $15 service fee. We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
