Our clinic operates on a nurse practitioner based model of care. We are so elated to have Mrs. Chavers as our clinical director and health practitioner. She has been a registered nurse for over 10 years and providing as a nurse practitioner since 2021. Her healthcare experience consists of acute care, urgent care, and family medicine!
