Client Check-In & Portal Access
UR Health prioritizes client check-in as the first face-to-face interaction. Clients must have a valid ID and complete a client information sheet for a confidential visit. Accurate contact information is crucial for test results and health information. UR Health offers an online portal for clients to access test results, send messages, and request appointments. This portal also allows for pre-appointment intake documents for faster service and reduced wait times!

Fee-For-Service
UR Health's goal is to help you access healthcare and maintain wellness with financial ease. We provide care on a self-pay fee-for-service model. Costs of service are transparent and upfront. Payment is expected before services are rendered. Debit, credit, or cash is accepted. Check out the "Appointments" section for a complete list of service prices.
Self-Collecting Specimens
UR Health may require specimens to be self-collected by the client. For best results, clients should not urinate for at least one hour prior to urine collection. Female clients should refrain from using soaps and fragrances in their genital area prior to providing urine specimens. If you are seeking testing involving vaginal swab, most commercial lab sites advise refraining from using the following products beforehand: douches, washes, lubricants, vaginal wipes, vaginal moisturizers, antiperspirants, deodorants, or feminine hygiene spray in the genital area. Using these suggestions will lead to more accurate test results.
Free Condom Distribution
At UR Health, we want you to feel safe during every intimate encounter, which is why we've made free condoms easily accessible. Condoms, however, work only when used properly and consistently. Visit us at our office location to get your supply of free condoms!
Free Blood Pressure Checks
Blood pressure checks are important because they help you understand your risk for serious health problems, like stroke and heart attack. Several risk factors, including being African American and overweight, increases your chances of developing blood pressure issues. UR Health is here to offer complimentary blood pressure monitoring for members of the community. Just give us a call at our clinic office if interested and we will schedule a slot for you while we have openings.
